We collect what we need to provide the service. We don't sell your data. Call recordings and transcripts stay on your account, are exportable, and are never used to train models for other customers. You can delete your account and data at any time.

From you, the customer: name, email, business info, billing details (handled by Stripe — we never see your card number), the website / FAQ / training data you provide for Sage.
From Sage's call activity: call recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, call duration, lead details captured during the call.
From the website: standard server logs (IP, user agent, request paths) for security and uptime monitoring; basic analytics (page views, referrers).
To provide and operate the service, send you billing communications, improve quality (in aggregate, never individually identifiable across customers), comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse.
Customer data is stored on our infrastructure (US-based servers via Hostinger and Cloudflare) and processed by select third parties: Twilio (telephony), Stripe (payments), Deepgram (speech-to-text), OpenAI / Cerebras / Groq (large language models for Sage's reasoning), ElevenLabs / Cartesia (text-to-speech), Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, email forwarding). Each of these has their own privacy and security commitments.
We use a minimal set of cookies for session management. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Aggregate page-view analytics may be collected with no personal identifiers attached.
You can request export, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@brandtalkai.com. California (CCPA), EU (GDPR), and other regional rights apply where you reside. We will respond within 30 days.
The Service is intended for businesses, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
We use industry-standard security: TLS for all traffic, encryption at rest, restricted operator access, audit logs, and prompt patching. No system is perfectly secure; if we discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours.
Call recordings and transcripts: retained on your account until you delete them or close your account. Billing records: retained for 7 years per US tax law. Server logs: 30 days rolling.
We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
